Meet Doctor Carter D. Paddock

Dr. Carter Paddock is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon. He was born and raised in Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and Louisiana State University Undergraduate Medical Honor Society.

Dr. Carter Paddock did his internship and dermatology residency at Louisiana State University, a New Orleans Charity Hospital division. Upon completion of his residency, he was certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Carter Paddock is a member of the Louisiana Dermatology Society, where he served as Secretary/Treasurer 1999 and President in 2002. Dr. Paddock is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society and the Jefferson Parish Medical Society.

Emily Navarro Campbell is a nationally board-certified physician assistant by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in 
Kinesiology, Minor in Biological Sciences- before receiving her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans in May 2022. 

Emily joined Dr. Carter Paddock in April 2024, and has been in dermatology since she graduated in 2022. As a native of the New Orleans area, she is excited to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to the community. Emily enjoys treating a wide range of dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin exams, and more. She provides quality medical care, including diagnosis, biopsies, and treatment of all skin problems. She is very passionate about dermatology which is reflected in the clinical care, empathy and respect she provides to her patients. Additionally, Emily is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and a member of the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants.
